Mr Salman Fitri, Founder & Managing Director of The Muscle Remedy Pte. Ltd., has led his clinic from humble beginnings to treating over 8,000 patients suffering from musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, digestive conditions and more.

Today, The Muscle Remedy stands at the frontier of alternative and integrative healthcare – bridging traditional manual therapy with modern rehabilitation science, and charting bold new paths for the future.

Founder’s Story – Salman Fitri

The Muscle Remedy’s journey began not in a classroom, but with pain. In 2011, while traveling in Yunnan, China, Salman experienced a life-changing moment when a local healer relieved his slip disc pain using only his hands. A few years later, another turning point came when Prof. Dr. Rano treated his sciatic pain with just five acupuncture needles – results that conventional care had failed to deliver.

These encounters ignited a deep curiosity. Salman began learning from his own mother, a postnatal therapist of over 30 years, observing traditional Malay healing. He built a foundation in fitness under Mr Kevin Chiak, ex-Mr. Singapore, and his first mentor in fitness, Mr Ricky Wong, pursued sports massage, and explored manual therapies from TCM, Ayurveda, sports therapy, acupuncture, flossing art technique to naturopathy.

But setbacks shaped his path too. After 45 chiropractic sessions that failed to resolve his back pain, Salman realized the gap between Eastern intuition and Western clinical structure. That gap became his calling. He formalized his training, eventually pursuing osteopathy at the London College of Osteopathy Health Sciences.

From these experiences, he created Fusion Therapy – an integrative approach blending healing philosophies from five countries, bridging East and West.

In 2020, he founded The Muscle Remedy Pte. Ltd., now a multi-pillar healthcare ecosystem treating over 8,000 patients in just five years. For Salman, this is more than therapy – it is a manual movement, dedicated to restoring not just the body, but human potential.

Expanding the Ecosystem – Beyond the Clinic

In five years, The Muscle Remedy has become a multi-pillar healthcare ecosystem:

1. TurmoRelief – a proprietary tropical and natural supplement for natural pain management and recovery. The first 9 in 1 turmeric supplement that blends in all the important ingredients your body need.

“Our product, TurmoRelief, carries the philosophy ‘Ancient Roots, Modern Relief.’ The name itself is born from the blend of Turmeric + Modern + Relief = TurmoRelief. Even more, the word embodies our company’s identity: The Muscle Remedy (TMR) – where (T)ur(M)o(R)elief directly reflects our brand’s essence.”

2. Healthy Work Hub is the corporate wellness arm of The Muscle Remedy. We specialize in bringing preventative care directly into workplaces – not just as a perk, but as a strategic advantage. Our programs focus on early intervention, stress and pain management, and functional health practices that keep teams energized, resilient, and performing at their best. By addressing health before it becomes illness, we help companies reduce absenteeism, boost employee satisfaction, and foster a culture of well-being that drives long-term business success.

3. AnistarCare – where Salman serves as VP, extending his leadership into nursing and elderly care.

As VP of AnistarCare, he proud to champion a vision that goes beyond traditional healthcare. At its heart, AnistarCare is built on the belief that nursing care should be accessible, compassionate, and brought directly to where it matters most – our patients’ homes. With a dedicated team of highly skilled nurses and healthcare professionals, our mission is to deliver personalized, preventative, and outcome-focused care that restores dignity, independence, and comfort to every individual we serve. His role is to steer this mission forward, ensuring that AnistarCare continues to set the benchmark for quality nursing care in Singapore and beyond.

Functional Gait Remedy (FGR) – Coaching the Bulletproof Body

4. Functional Gait Remedy (FGR) – the clinic’s newest breakthrough service, designed to restore human biomechanics.

Functional Gait Remedy (FGR) isn’t personal training – it goes deeper than that. It is a corrective system designed to rebuild the human body from the ground up by focusing on the fundamentals of human biomechanics. Instead of simply training muscles, FGR re-trains movement itself: sit-to-stand, walking, squatting, lifting, throwing – everyday patterns that keep people pain-free, resilient, and truly “bulletproof.”

The launch of FGR marks a defining milestone in The Muscle Remedy’s journey toward human performance restoration. Led by Coach Zul, the clinic’s Movement Practitioner Specialist and Manager, FGR helps every individual move the way nature originally intended – efficient, balanced, and adaptable.

What makes FGR powerful is not only its method, but also its philosophy. Coach Zul’s concept of the “bulletproof body” – a body that is strong, resilient, and injury-resistant aligns perfectly with Founder Salman Fitri’s vision of human recovery. Together, they have transformed years of clinical practice and movement science into a structured coaching system that empowers patients to correct imbalances, prevent injury, and overcome pain at its root – while unlocking greater strength, stability, and freedom of movement.

“We don’t just fix pain,” Salman explains. “We restore movement. FGR brings people back to their original design – so they can live, work, and perform with confidence again.”

Awards & Recognition – The Muscle Remedy Pte.
