The Fund will invest into a diversified portfolio of premium and investment grade Scotch whisky drawn from the most reputable distilleries of the whisky producing sub-regions of Scotland.<\/p>\n<p><b>Highlights:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\nPrincipal<br \/>\ninvestment objective of the Fund is to seek total return through investment in<br \/>\nScotch whisky casks and bottles, with an aim to create<br \/>\na diversified and broad-based <a href=\"https:\/\/thecaledonianmaltfund.com\">investment portfolio<\/a> that provides both<br \/>\ninvestment stability as well as strong upside potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Fund will make direct investments<br \/>\ninto high quality investment grade premium casks from reputable and well<br \/>\nestablished distilleries to construct an Investment Portfolio covering the<br \/>\nmaturation spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assets will be stored and matured in UK<br \/>\nGovernment regulated, HMRC licensed and registered bonded warehouses, ensuring<br \/>\nprofessional storage and comprehensive insurance, while navigating custody<br \/>\nrelated compliances.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\nInvestments and exits<br \/>\nwill be driven<br \/>\nby extensive data analysis and inputs from primary and secondary markets,<br \/>\nleveraging fund\u2019s proprietary industry network, unique expertise in portfolio<br \/>\nmanagement, yield generation, and value creation to maximize returns.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Fund is registered with the Bermuda<br \/>\nMonetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act as a <a href=\"https:\/\/thecaledonianmaltfund.com\">Professional Closed Fund<\/a><br \/>\nwith a standard GP: LP structure.
