Through<br \/>\nthis partnership, EASB and APU will co-develop cutting-edge training<br \/>\nprogrammes, bridging academic expertise with industry experience while pursuing<br \/>\ncollaborative research in engineering and technology. The collaboration<br \/>\npositions EASB at the intersection of academia and industry, which nurtures talent<br \/>\nequipped with the skills and agility needed to propel Malaysia\u2019s future<br \/>\nworkforce; and further underscores UEM Edgenta\u2019s continued commitment to nation<br \/>\nbuilding through talent development, innovation, and industry advancement.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the<br \/>\npartnership, Razman Ismail, Director of Edgenta Academy Sdn Bhd and<br \/>\nChief People Officer at UEM<br \/>\nEdgenta shared, \u201cAt UEM Edgenta, we recognise that the advancement of human<br \/>\ncapital and industry capabilities are central to Malaysia\u2019s growth aspirations.<br \/>\nThrough this collaboration with APU, we aim to bridge academia and industry by<br \/>\ndeveloping forward-looking training and knowledge initiatives that nurture the<br \/>\nnext generation of professionals and leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis partnership is not<br \/>\nonly about academic collaboration, but also about creating a sustainable talent<br \/>\npipeline that meets evolving industry demands.
