Thiess recently hosted its inaugural, first-of-its-kind Mining HER Future Forum in Singleton, New South Wales, supported by New South Wales Mining, the\u00a0Careerlinks\u00a0Empower HER Program and the New South Wales Department of Education\u2019s Educational Pathways Program.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Approximately 120 female students from\u00a0schools across the\u00a0Hunter Valley attended the\u00a0forum\u00a0to\u00a0hear\u00a0from women in mining and discover pathways at\u00a0Thiess and\u00a0across\u00a0the broader industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Following an insightful panel discussion featuring Thiess employees sharing their career stories, students\u00a0participated\u00a0in interactive sessions and rotated among stalls that\u00a0showcased\u00a0roles across engineering, geology, finance, marketing, safety and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
