\nparticipation and recognition at the Talentbank Graduate Employability Awards
\n& Raya Open House 2026, held at the Four Seasons Hotel, KLCC on 11 April

The
\nrecognition was conferred under the Talentbank Graduate Employability Index (GE
\nIndex) 2026, an employer-led benchmark that evaluates graduate employability
\nbased on national employer survey insights and workforce readiness indicators.<\/p>\n
The
\nGE Index assesses graduate outcomes through key indicators such as employer
\ndemand, hiring confidence, and workplace readiness, offering a complementary
\nperspective to global university rankings. Built on insights gathered from
\nthousands of employers nationwide across organisations of varying sizes and
\nsectors, the Index reflects real hiring preferences and industry expectations.<\/p>\n
Employers
\nare surveyed on their preferred universities for recruitment, hiring volumes,
\nand their willingness to rehire graduates from the same institutions. To ensure
\ncontinued relevance and credibility, the methodology and survey instruments are
\nreviewed and validated every two years in consultation with policymakers.<\/p>\n
